At the Stanford Building Decarbonization Learning Accelerator (BDLA), I create educational content that helps students and educators understand how buildings shape our climate future. Noticing a gap in sustainability education for younger audiences, I began adapting BDLA’s technical lectures into short, accessible videos. After cold-calling high school architecture programs across the country, these videos are now used in classrooms nationwide—one has become BDLA’s most-watched resource.
My work ranges from producing videos on design strategies and decarbonization to exploring the connections between environmental justice and building performance. I also guest-teach sustainability workshops and collaborate with educators to integrate these materials into their curricula. For me, this work is about turning ideas into tools that make complex concepts tangible and inspire the next generation to design for impact.
